CEGONSOFT INTERVIEW ORIENTED PROGRAMS TRAINING

This program is designed especially for students who already have technical knowledge however need to horn their skills (both technical and Soft Skills). We basically groom the candidates with all the skills that are required to successfully clear an interview and to get placed. During this program the student is put through a robust set of training that focuses both on the technical skills and on the communication, Aptitude, interview handling skills etc that are essential to get into the IT Industry.

Technologies

Total Duration:7 days | 22 hours

 Four days technical and Three days soft skills

Daily Duration

 Technical Class: 4 hours class(2 hours theory and 2 hours practical)
 Soft Skill Class: 2 hours class(1 hour class and 1 hour exercise)

Interview

 Minimum 3 interview in 2 months
 Might be 1 more interview can be given as an optional

Refund

If we do not give any interview call for the candidate in 2 months then Rs.2, 000 is refundable. But if he/she neglects the call / interview then Rs.2, 000/- will not be refundable.

Service Charge

If the candidate is selected, 1month salary has to be paid at the time he/she receives the offer letter.

Eligibility

Candidates who have completed Course in other institutes or those who have knowledge but unable to get an Interview or who are unable to clear an interview.

Process

 The candidate should register by paying Rs.500/-
 After registration the candidate should take up the written test on the certified or knowledge technology in which he/she is looking for the job.
 If the candidate secure 45% and below – He/she should be guided for the course & Rs.500 amount paid can be compensated if he/she joins for any course.
 If the candidate secures 46% - 60% - He/she should take up IOP programme and should pay + Rs.2, 000 and he /she will be given brush up training as per the above procedure.
 If the candidate secures more than 60% - He/she will be sent directly for the interview after taking declaration from the student
