 Placement Assistance Policy for Cegonsoft Students

 Eligibility Criteria

1. Any one complete course should have completed
2. All candidates (from placement assured course as well) are eligible for Placement Assistance only after completing the opted course.
3. The candidate will be given interview assistance for maximum of 2 months from the date of course completion.

Placement Assistance Process

1. Placement Assistance provided by Cegonsoft Pvt Ltd., is an additional service and the intention is to provide Job assistance to eligible candidates and the same is NOT MANDATORY on part of Cegonsoft Pvt Ltd.,
2. At the time of Interview, candidate may need to provide all academic documents which includes X, XII, UG degree, PG degree, Diploma, Cegonsoft Course completion Certificate, Updated Resume
3. It is mandatory of any candidate to inform change of contact information or profile. The above changes should be communicated via email to feedback@cegonsoft.com with subject line as "Change in CV" or "Change in Contact information". It is also compulsory to mention branch and Admission number.
4. It is the duty of the candidate to get in touch with HRA to know about the openings. However, as additional work, our placement team will communicate the openings through email, SMS, blog, website. Candidate need to subscribe to SMS alert in the website.
5. Most of the companies conduct Aptitude test, Group Discussion, Technical test, technical Interview, HR Interview. Candidates are advised to prepare themselves well in advance for the same.
6. If any candidate gets information through HRA and eligible for the Interview, then it will be considered as One Interview unless otherwise client rejects the profile. If candidate couldn't attend the Interview, then Cegonsoft has nothing to do with that.
7. Candidate can expect further placement assistance if offered gross salary is less than Rs 96,000/- per annum for placement in Chennai / Bangalore and for Rs 72,000/- per annum in Coimbatore.
8. The Interview process will held in any of Cegonsoft premises or in recruiting company's premises. The candidate need to appear with their own expenses
9. Candidates are shortlisted by recruiting companies as per their own criteria.

Code of Conduct

1. Candidate need to adhere to the time schedule and code of conduct during the Saturday activity or any placement related activity session, failing which they will be debarred from placement assistance process
2. Any candidate violates the rules and regulations signed during the Admission / induction time, will not be eligible for placement assistance
3. Maintain discipline inside the premises and need to follow the placement team process
